All products sold on bowd.ca are in new condition except Marked as "AS IT"/"USED"/"WITH FAULTY" in Warranty Note.

30-day Money Back Guarantee
If you change mind or dislike the product you bought from bowd.ca, you can return back within 30-days for refund.  Refund will issed for amount of product price only. Money-back guarantee doesn't apply to clearance or special products with "Against D.O.A.(Defective on delivery) only" or "AS IT" "Warranty note" on product page.

Return and Exchange Policy
All returns have to be done within 30 days from the delivered date. All products sales are final and warranty service only 30 days after purchasing.

Buyer is responsible for returning freight cost. A restocking fee equal to minimum 15% of the purchase price will be charged on the item with missing package/manual/accessories.

Original shipping&handling and insurance charges are not refundable for any returned products. Refunds will only be issued by store credit or to the same credit card or Paypal account.

If product arrives damaged (D.O.A.), keep the product and the original packaging, notify info@bowd.ca ONLINE Customer Service immediately to obtain a RMA number. Please fill out the claim form of the damaged merchandise (have to notify us within 3 business days). No exchange, return or refund for damage to the item due to mishandling or misuse.

Customer is responsible for returning shipping and insurance charge (if applied) on any returned items. For your protection, we recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged. Returned items must contain all warranty cards, manuals, accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.

Warranty
Please refer to the "Warranty Note" on product page for detail warranty terms, Here is the explanation for the warranty terms:
1.Limited Warranty:
Warranty for main unit only, All attahced accessories and power adapters come with up to 90-day warranty.

Warranty doesn't cover the software incompatible issue from third-party's applications. Warranty doesn't cover the wore-off cases/covers, used screen protectors or broken cables, Toner/Ink cartridges with 30% used of the toners/inks Laptop/backup batteries with normal battery core consumption.
This warranty becomes invalid if the factory-supplied serial number (SN) or "warranty void" sticker has been removed or altered on the product.
This Warranty does not cover cosmetic damage or damage due to acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence or modification of any part of the product. This warranty does not cover damage due to improper operation or maintenance, connection to improper equipment, or attempted repair by anyone other than bowd.ca. 

2. Against D.O.A. only:  Warranty again D.O.A. (Defective on arrival) only. Pleas contact within 7 days after item delivered to inform the D.O.A., we will issue RMA number for instruction to process the excahnge or refund.

3. Sold "AS IS", "USED" or "WITH FAULTS":
 Item is not covered by warranty or money back guarantee.

4.Manufacturer's Warranty: 
Please contact respetive manufacturer for warranty terms and RMA request.

5. Certain products:
Toner Cartridge: Warranty doesn't cover catridge which has reached 20% of toner usage.

Ink Cartridge: Warranty against D.O.A. only after open.

Headphones, earphones, and ear buds (of any kind including AirPods):

Accepted return condition:
  • Unopened
  • No signs of use 

If you have an item you wish to return for warranty, please send us return request for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. RMA numbers are valid for 7 days from date of issuing.
Please ensure that the RMA number is visible on your return shipping label. Please follow the RMA instruction sending to you along with the RMA number to process the RMA shipment. All returns without following the above procedure may be REJECTED.
